2. How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
- Browse our collection and select your item
- Choose your size and color
- Add to cart
- Proceed to checkout and complete your payment
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
4. How long does shipping take?
• USA: 2–5 business days
• International: 10–30 business days
Please note: processing time (1–3 days) is separate, since each item is made to order.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• wrong size or color selected
• change of mind
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to follow your package until it arrives.

All payments are secure and encrypted.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
After that, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.
