Quiet Bloom Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Quiet Bloom offers a 30-day window after delivery to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Because all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns for:
• change of mind
• incorrect size or color selected
• personal preference


To Request a Replacement or Refund

Please contact us at quietbloom.co@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Important: Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at quietbloom.co@outlook.com so we can resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for:
• custom or personalized items
• perishable goods (if applicable)
• sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your item, we will approve a replacement or refund, and you can place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may request a return for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
